The Brandon campus is located off Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. Jr. Blvd E (between Highway 301 and SR-93A). The 49,000 square-foot building houses 22 classrooms, two medical labs, a surgical tech lab, a massage therapy lab and five computer labs. In addition, there is a learning resource center with Internet access to a variety of online educational resource services, and sufficient hard-bound research and subject specific publications to meet the specific needs of the students.
The Criminal Justice program teaches the skills necessary to maintain law and order, protect life and property, and conduct administration, planning, and research services for public, government and law enforcement and private security agencies. It is designed to prepare you for a career in corrections, criminology, immigration or security administration.
The Paralegal program is designed to prepare students to work the legal field as a paralegal under the supervision of a licensed attorney. The program prepares future paralegals to perform tasks such as researching legal issues, drafting legal documents, preparing pleadings, summarizing documents, organizing trial notebooks and interviewing clients.
