The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is a private, not-for-profit institute of higher learning with campuses in Chicago, Southern California and online.

The Chicago School is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and the council for Higher Education Accreditation. It is also an institutional member of the National Council of Schools and Programs of Professional Psychology.

As such, our Programs include a synchronous "virtual residency" component -- a one or two-hour session (each term) in which all students are expected to be online simultaneously.

We provide Chicago School students with the resources and learning they need to enter and thrive in their chosen areas of practice and communities. To become a successful professional and leader, real-world experience is necessary in addition to academic preparation and field placement training.

The Chicago School's online master's degree programs in psychology are taught by faculty who are renowned experts in their fields, and deliver the same rigorous, world-class education that is the hallmark of a Chicago School education. Through the curriculum, students are able to integrate theoretical learning, with the practice of making a positive difference, and apply that learning to the workplace. All programs are designed to accommodate the full-time commitments of students with career demands and other obligations. Students are able to specialize in the area of psychology that interests them.
